Batten & Shaw employees have the opportunity to cross train and develop their skills in multiple departments. Our project engineers undergo a rotation in estimating and operations to develop a better understanding of construction as a whole.

Many Batten & Shaw employees begin their career with us while they are in school and progress through various positions as they grow and develop. We offer internship opportunities that provide students the opportunity to gain hands-on experience within the multiple components of construction. In addition, we offer opportunities to progress from entry-level positions all the way to senior leadership roles.
