Once the project is underway, we stress the importance of quality, communication, and cleanliness. Our Subcontractor Management Policy details our management of field operation with initial consultations to review the documents and subcontract agreements; initial inspections of the placement of the subcontractors’ work; and final inspection before leaving the jobsite. This process ensures compliance with the owner’s quality standards and provides a low maintenance facility for years to come.
