Batten & Shaw is experienced with building successful LEED Certified projects that incorporate sustainable design and construction methodologies. Most of our project team members are LEED accredited and are members of the U.S. Green Building Council. Even on projects that aren’t seeking LEED Certification, Batten & Shaw incorporates sustainable options that help clients achieve long-term goals for their facilities.

We recognize the importance of sustainable buildings and the positive impacts that can result. Through our experience, we have learned that this collaboration needs to occur very early in the design process in order to successfully and economically integrate these strategies into a project. Our approach to sustainable building is to explore and discuss design options with the entire project team as early as possible to maximizing potential efficiencies.
